This is a high-performance oven that digitally controls temperature accurately which was enabled by the integration of unique electronic technologies. Wide product line-ups will accommodate for various needs ranging from high-temperature tests to baking, aging, and drying in the production line. Furthermore, in order to assure reliable performance for long, continuous operation, the durability of critical units such as the motor and heater is better than the required specification.

In addition to the basic performance of HISPEC horizontal type, the main body is constructed vertically for space-saving, and the air exhaust outlet placed in the ceiling for preventing hot air from blowing to the operator even if the door is opened during operation as a safety measure.

HISPEC with Explosion Vent HISPEC S Series

This type is suitable for a specimen that generates volatile gas (vapor) during heat treatment of the drying process. It can be safely used because even when an explosion happens inside oven due to volatile gas, the wind pressure is released from the air release vent located top of the oven.
*If the generation of a large amount of inflammable vapor is expected, HG type is recommendable.

HISPEC with Anaerobic Heat Treatment HISPEC N Type

High-Temperature Oven

Heat treatment of electronic parts with a copper or silver electrode is carried out in the N2gas atmosphere in order to prevent oxidation. This is an oven that was specifically developed for such special heat treatment. Work efficiency is improved through an enhanced N2 gas replacement rate, lower N2 gas usage, and a shorter ramp-down rate. Residual oxygen concentration is 100ppm or less

HISPEC with Forced Air Exhaust HISPEC K Type

High-Temperature Oven

This is recommendable for the second vulcanization of silicon rubber. This is a one-direction forced air exhaust which is effectively discharges precipitates generated during secondary vulcanization.
