300MHz - 1.2GHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Deskripsi Produk

The nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) instrument is an ideal analytical technique for non-invasive and non-destructive quantitative investigations into molecular structure, dynamic processes, and chemical reactions. Bruker is the industry leader in manufacturing unique high-performance magnetic resonance instruments.

Ascend NMR Magnets

Bruker has specialized in the design and production of magnets and cryogenic systems for several decades, becoming the world’s largest manufacturer of superconducting magnets for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Our Ascend line of magnets combines several of Bruker’s proprietary, innovative magnet technologies for the best performance and cost efficiency.
300 MHz – 1.2 GHz
The Ascend line of superconducting magnets ranges from 300 MHz up to the world-record breaking 1.2 GHz.
Easy Siting
The Ascend magnet design features advanced superconductor technology, enabling the design of smaller magnet coils, thus resulting in a significant reduction in physical size and weight.
Stability & Shielding
Unique jointing technology leads to the lowest drift rates for outstanding field stability plus the External Disturbance Suppression (EDS) provides up to 99% screening efficiency against external magnetic field disturbances.

Ascend NMR Magnets – Features

Incorporating Key Technologies for Best Performance and Cost Efficiency

The Ascend™ series of compact Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) magnets makes medium and high-field NMR spectroscopy extremely powerful, and at the same time reliable and convenient. Ascend magnets combine several of Bruker’s proprietary, innovative magnet technologies for superior performance and operational cost savings. The Ascend magnet design features advanced superconductor technology, enabling the design of smaller magnet coils, thus resulting in a significant reduction in physical size and magnetic stray fields. The Ascend magnets are therefore easy to site, as well as convenient and economical to operate.

Maximum Performance

  • Unique jointing technology leading to the lowest drift rates for outstanding field stability
  • Advanced shimming technology for highest field homogeneity
  • External Disturbance Suppression (EDS) with up to 99% screening efficiency against external magnetic field disturbances
  • Cryostats with excellent thermal efficiency for low cryogen consumption
  • Available with high-performance vibration isolators

Minimum Stray Fields

  • Easy siting with fewer preparation costs
  • Easy magnet access and rigging due to smaller size and weight
  • Reduced physical and magnetic footprint in the lab
  • Reduced ceiling height requirements

Ascend magnets are optimized for operation with Bruker’s room temperature shim systems, Bruker NMR probes, automation technology, and refrigeration equipment, e.g. for integrated high-performance NMR systems used in structural biology, small molecule, and/or materials research applications.

Bruker’s Ascend magnets also come in two sizes standard-bore equaling 54 mm in diameter and wide-bore which is 89 mm in diameter.

AVANCE NEO Consoles

The AVANCE NEO consoles for NMR feature even faster control improved dynamic range and greater flexibility and scalability than ever before.
Performance
The AVANCE NEO console offers faster control and improved dynamic range for greater flexibility and scalability
Transceive
Each NMR channel has both transmit and receive capabilities meaning each channel is its own independent spectrometer with the full RF generation, transmission and receive infrastructure.
Automation
Several options exist for the wide range of NMR instruments to reduce hands-on time and increase throughput.

AVANCE NEO Consoles – Features

While its predecessor, the AVANCE III HD, already provided cutting-edge NMR performance, the AVANCE NEO takes this a step further. It features even faster control, improved dynamic range, and greater flexibility and scalability.

The AVANCE NEO is based on a ‘transceive’ principle, meaning each NMR channel has both transmit and receive capabilities. This architecture provides the greatest flexibility in terms of instrument configuration and multi-channel operation. Multi-receive experiments are easily implemented with this new approach.

Also new in the AVANCE NEO is the concept of an embedded acquisition server and associated client-server software architecture (TopSpin 4 and higher). This leaves the spectrometer independent of the client computer, thus giving the user the opportunity to control the system via an operating system and location of choice, like the cloud.

With the frequency range now extended from 200 MHz to 1.2 GHz, and with various functional enhancements in setup and diagnostics, the AVANCE NEO is well positioned to serve as the research platform of choice for the current and the next generation of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopists.
