    Heat treatment of electronic parts with a copper or silver electrode is carried out in the N2gas atmosphere in order to prevent oxidation. This is an oven that was specifically developed for such special heat treatment. Work efficiency is improved through an enhanced N2 gas replacement rate, lower N2 gas usage, and a shorter ramp-down rate. Residual oxygen concentration is 100ppm or less<\/p>\n
