DISPERTESTER 3000 PLUS<\/strong><\/p>\n

DisperTester 3000 plus dilengkapi dengan sistem penggerak linier tahap ganda yang presisi untuk mengevaluasi variasi di sepanjang permukaan sampel. Hal ini benar-benar menghilangkan kebutuhan untuk panduan penempatan sampel dengan memungkinkan hingga 5 pembacaan individu pada setiap penempatan sampel.<\/p>\n

Untuk meningkatkan kemungkinan pengujian lebih lanjut, perangkat lunak MonDispersion<\/a> kini dilengkapi fitur-fitur teknik pencitraan tambahan seperti kendali focus variable, pengambilan gambar yang dapat ditentutkan sendiri, filter gambar.<\/p>\n

Insturment yang ringkas dirancang untuk penentuan gravitasi yang spesifik secara cepat dan akurat \u2013 dengan pengoperasian yang dipandu perangkat yang disederhanakan dapat dilakukan hingga 4 pengujian setiap menitnya.<\/p>\n

Densimeter menggunakan metode\u00a0hydro-static<\/em>\u00a0dengan membandingkan berat sampel di udara serta di dalam cairan perendaman.<\/p>\n

Operator hanya tinggal menggantungkan sampel dari timbangan dan menekan tombol mulai. Mikro prosesor kemudian menimbang sampel di udara, secara otomatis mengangkat gelas kimia dengan cairan perendaman, mengukurnya lalu menurunkan gelas kimia tersebut.<\/p>\n

The Dispersion Tester \u00a03000 plus features a precision double stage linear drive system to precisely evaluate variations along the surface of the sample. This totally eliminates the need for manual sample placement by allowing up to 5 individual readings for each sample placement. To increase testing possibilities even further, the MonDispersion software now features additional imaging techniques such as variable focus control, freely definable shutters and image filters.<\/p>\n

The DisperTester 3000 plus system includes additional built-in reference scales and can of course be used for all filler types including Carbon Black, Silica and natural inorganic materials with fully automatic calculation of X value, Y value, Z %, Dispersion %, White area %, \u2026 for the most precise filler dispersion analysis.<\/p>\n

Densimeter for testing of individual samples with automated test sequence and internal self-calibration<\/p>\n

The MonTech DM 3000 is a semi automatedDensimeter.<\/p>\n

The compact instruments is designed for rapid and accurate determination of specific gravity \u2013 with a simplified, software guided operation up to 4 tests per minute can be performed.<\/p>\n

The Densimeter utilizes the hydro-static method by comparing the weight of the sample in air as well as in an immersion liquid.<\/p>\n

The operator simply hangs the sample from the balance and pushes the start button. A micro-processor then weighs the sample in air, automatically raises a beaker with the immersion liquid, takes the weight of the sample in the immersion liquid and lowers the beaker.<\/p>\n
