Agar baterai tetap aman, tahan lama, dan bertenaga, para peneliti harus memahami betul apa yang terjadi di dalamnya. Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk melakukan hal ini adalah dengan <strong>Raman Spectroscopy<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Bagaimana peran Raman Spectroscopy untuk aplikasi baterai?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Raman spectroscopy adalah teknik analisis berbasis cahaya laser yang mampu <strong>mengenali jenis material secara cepat, detail, dan tanpa merusak sampel<\/strong>. Dengan alat seperti <strong>Renishaw inVia\u2122 confocal Raman microscope<\/strong>, para peneliti dapat melihat &#8220;sidik jari kimia&#8221; dari bahan baterai, bahkan sampai ke level partikel yang sangat kecil.<\/p>\r\n<h3><strong>Mengapa Penting untuk Baterai Lithium-ion?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<p>Baterai lithium-ion terdiri dari berbagai komponen seperti karbon, oksida logam, polimer, hingga cairan elektrolit. Performa dan umur panjang baterai sangat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana komponen ini tersusun dan bagaimana mereka berubah selama proses pengisian dan pemakaian.<\/p>\r\n<p>Dengan Raman, peneliti dapat:<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Mengidentifikasi material<\/strong> dalam anoda (misalnya grafit, hard carbon, acetylene black) dan katoda (misalnya lithium cobalt oxide).<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Menganalisis struktur karbon<\/strong>, termasuk tingkat keteraturan (order) dan ketidakteraturan (disorder) yang memengaruhi kapasitas penyimpanan energi.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Melihat distribusi material<\/strong> di permukaan elektroda dengan peta 2D\/3D.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Mendeteksi perubahan saat baterai digunakan (operando test)<\/strong>, misalnya bagaimana grafit berubah ketika lithium masuk ke dalamnya saat charging.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Contoh Hasil Analisis Raman<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Raman dapat memisahkan material yang mirip, seperti berbagai jenis karbon, hanya dengan membandingkan <strong>rasio puncak D dan G<\/strong> pada spektrum.<\/li>\r\n<li>Dengan peta Raman, terlihat jelas komposisi anoda.<\/li>\r\n<li>Raman juga mampu mendeteksi bahan pengikat (binder) yang konsentrasinya sangat kecil, bahkan hanya <strong>1%<\/strong> dari total material.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8771 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/dynatech-int.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Picture6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"210\" height=\"177\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dynatech-int.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Picture6.jpg 210w, https:\/\/dynatech-int.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Picture6-14x12.jpg 14w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Gambar di atas merupakan peta anoda pada Raman.
