Karenanya, penelitian serta pengembangan energi alternatif terus dilakukan. Salah satunya, energi sel surya (solar thermal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solar-thermal-energy\">Solar Thermal Energy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Solar thermal energy atau yang dikenal dengan energi panas matahari merupakan energi yang berasal dari pancaran sinar matahari dan termasuk dalam energi alternatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biasanya, solar thermal energy digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan pemanasan. Bahkan, akibat perkembangan teknologi saat ini, telah hadir lapisan penyerap surya yang dapat memanaskan melalui closed liquid cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pun, dilakukan pula pengoptimalan sifat optik (emisivitas) dari permukaan penyerap solar thermal melalui <a href=\"https:\/\/dynatech-int.com\/id\/products\/ftir-spectrometers-alpha-ii\/\" class=\"broken_link\">FTIR<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini digunakan untuk merekayasa bahan baru yang dapat bekerja scara optimal untuk menyerap energi matahari. Berikut dua sifat penting material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>High absorbance pada near infrared (NIR) and visible spectral range (VIS). Dalam keadaan inilah bagian utama dari emisi matahari terjadi, yang mana high absorbance memastikan keadaan tertinggi transfer solar thermal energy ke solar absorber.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Absorber tidak diizinkan untuk memancarkan energi yang diserap melalui mid infrared heat radiation (mIR). Dengan demikian, energi panas perlu dikirim ke closed liquid cycle tertutup dan tidak terserap bagian luar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Suhu operasi khas solar thermal berkisar 60\u00b0C melalui lapisan penyerap yang dapat dianalisis melalui spektroskopi reflektansi FTIR dengan suhu ruangan. Tetapi, proses ini membutuhkan integration sphere akibat banyaknya solar absorbers memiliki permukaan yang kasar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refleksi difus dapat terjadi saat cahaya dipantulkan dari permukaan hingga sinar menyentuh permukaan dan tersebar di berbagai sudut.
