Selanjutnya, target analisis utama Micro-XRF Bruker M4 Tornado ialah untuk melihat distribusi unsur sehingga sampel stage menjadi lebih luas dan mapping M4 Tornado mencapai 19 x 16cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karena itu, tidak diperlukannya preparasi sampel serta jenis sampel yang dapat dianalisis lebih bervariasi, misalnya powder,solid, liquid, logam, batuan, dan glass ataupun jaringan. Tiap warna tadi terbentuk mewakili unsur sampel, antara lain Calcium (Ca) berwarna ungu yang terbentuk pada batang daun. Gambar 4 terdapat 18 sampel geological thin section yang dianalisis dalam satu kali run (secara bersamaan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Software M4 Tornado mendkung evaluasi data secara komprehensif. Visualisasi hasil distribusi unsur dan pemilihan spot tertentu pada sampel memungkinkan pemrosesan lanjutan dari data HyperMap sebagai analisis fase. Hal tersebut, dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi unsur serta fase mineral dengan cepat, analisis kuantitatif, dan temuan trace elements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-teknologi-micro-xrf-m4-tornado\"><strong>Teknologi Micro-XRF M4 Tornado<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut teknologi yang terdapat dalam Micro-XRF M4 Tornado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Waktu pengukuran singkat.<\/strong> Fokus eksitasi X-ray dioptimalkan melalui Pollycapillary, detektor throughput tinggi, pemetaan &#8220;on-the-fly&#8221; dengan waktu piksel hingga 1 ms.<\/li><li><strong>Mengukur sampel hingga 7kg<\/strong>. Ruang vakum besar dan vakum konstan hingga 2 mbar.<\/li><li><strong>Luas Mapping hingga 190 x 160 mm\u00b2.<\/strong> Recording hingga 40 Mio. piksel dalam sekali run, penyimpanan data sebagai HyperMap dengan full informasi spektrum, dan gambar optik untuk setiap piksel.<\/li><li><strong>Pengukuran spektrum, linescans dan mappings.<\/strong> Metode fundamental parameter yang dapat dikonfigurasi, paket software XMethod (opsional) untuk kuantifikasi mapping layer analysis.<\/li><li><strong>Process data<\/strong>.
