Secara garis besar reverse engineering masuk dalam ranah 3D Modelling, menggambar ulang \/ Re Draw dari part yang sudah ada menjadi sebuah 3D CAD model baik prismatic maupun surface model.<\/p>\n

Secara umum kita dapat melakukan Reverse Engineering menggunakan metode tradisional menggunakan alat ukur small tool untuk mendapatkan setiap titik koordinat kontur yang kita perlukan dari hasil pengukuran part lalu diolah dalam software 3D modelling. Dalam waktu yang terus berkembang teknik tersebut sangan rumit dan memekan waktu lama, maka dari itu diera yang sangan cepat ini (Industry 4.0) kita dapat mengganti alat ukur tradisional tersebut dengan menggunakan Absolute Scanner 1 (AS1) yang dikombinasikan dengan Absolute Arm dari brand HEXAGON\u00a0 untuk memangkas waktu pengukuran dan mengejar akurasi tinggi 1:1 dengan part aslinya. Dengan hasil yang sangat akurat kita dapat mengevaluasi dan memvalidasi konseptual dari betuk yang kita capture serta kita dapat memodifikasi bentuk 3D CAD model dari hasil scan yang diolah dalam Software 3D modelling Reverse Engineering.<\/p>\n

Reverse Engineering dengan di dalam manufaktur termasuk pemindaian scanner yang sangat membantu di Industry 4.0 untuk proses Re Draw ulang suatu part usang \/ lama yang sudah hilang 3D CAD model nya maupun membantu kita Re Draw ulang part dengan kondisi sebagian Geometry bentuk \/ shaped dari sebuah pert yang sudah tidak terbentuk sempurna untuk dijadikan 3D CAD model secara sempurna untuk di produksi ulang secara massal. Itulah keunggunal metode Reverse Engineering yang dikombinasikan dengan scanner HEXAGON yang sangat diminati para Designer di era Industry 4.0 untuk mendesign dan Re Draw ulang berbngai macam bentuk part dalam dunia manufacture secara cepat dan akurasi bentuk yang sempurna.<\/p>\n
