FORMCORDER EF 550

Formcorder EF 550 is our standard contour measurement system which is connected to a motorized column and has an options to be connected to a plotter of contour analysis software. The EF 550 has a Vertical measuring range of 50 mm and Horizontal measuring range of 100 mm. Accuracy of the measurement for the Z axis is ± 0.25% Full scale and ± (1+0.02L) where L is measuring length.

SURFCORDER SEF 3500 Series

SEF 3500 is able to perform surface roughness and contour measurement in one system by changing the pick-ups. Similarly to SE 3500, it can be expanded to a 3D surface roughness or 3D contour measurement system (SEF 3500 K) This model also connected to the software which enable various 2D and 3D analysis of surface roughness parameter. SEF 3500 has a Vertical Measuring Range of 600 μm for the roughness and 50 mm for the contour and Horizontal measuring range of 100 mm for both contour and surface roughness measurement. For the SEF 3500 K model it has Horizontal measuring range of 100 mm in X direction and 50 mm in Y direction.

ET 3000 is capable of accurately tracing very small forms of precision parts with a nanometer levels. All necessary contour elements can be analyzed.The system is also suitable for components or sample that is made from a soft material since ET 3000 utilizes low force stylus. Measuring force is ranging from 10 up to 500 μN. ET 3000 has a Vertical Measuring Range of 600 μm and Horizontal measuring range of 100 mm.

FORMCORDER EF 150 E and EF 3000

Formcorder EF 150 and EF 3000 is contour measurement system that make full use of contour analysis software. While EF 150 is the economical model, EF 3000 has higher accuracy which is ± (1+0.04H) for Z axis and ± (1+0.02L) where H is Z displacement and L is measuring length. EF 150 has a Vertical measuring range of 50 mm and Horizontal measuring range of 100 mm. While EF 3000 has a Vertical measuring range of 58 mm.

SURFCORDER DSF 500 and DSF 800

Surfcorder DSF500 and DSF 800 model is the system that is developed to measure roughness and contour in one scan.These two system is capable of measuring all necessary form contour and surface roughness to most parameters. These are very suitable to measure small intricate precision parts. The difference only DSF 500 is using LVDT pick up, while DSF 800 is using semiconductor laser scale for the Z detector. DSF 500 has a Vertical Measuring Range of 8 mm and DSF 800 has a Vertical Measuring Range of 24 mm. While Horizontal measuring range of both system is maximum of 100 mm.
