EC 1850

EC 1850 is a rotary table type roundness and cylindricity measurement system and has a automatic centering and tilting features that facilitate Fully Automatic Operation.

EC 500

EC 500 is a rotary table type roundness and cylindricity measurement system which has smallest footprint dimension and simple operation. Maximum measuring range of this system is 1800 μm and the Maximum measuring sample height is 450 mm for Outer Diameter and 225 mm for Inner Diameter. Rotational accuracy of this system is (0.04+0.0006H) μm where H is height from table (mm).

EC 1550

EC 1550 is a benchtop instrument with very high rotary accuracy.This sytem is also equipped with a graphical instruction for centering and tilting which makes this system very user friendly. Maximum measuring sample height is 420 mm for Outer Diameter and 270 mm for Inner Diameter. Rotational accuracy of this system is (0.04+0.0006H) μm where H is height from table (mm).The straightness accuracy of the vertical column is 0.7 μm/100mm and Parallelism of 1.5 μm/ 200 mm.

EC 1650/1750

These two system are also benchtop instruments which has high resolution of 50,000x magnification and 8192 points per circle. All Kosaka laboratory Roundness and Cylindricity measurement system use unique porous static air bearing system. Maximum measuring sample height is 470 mm (320 mm for EC 1750) for Outer Diameter and 320 mm (170 mm for EC 1750) for Inner Diameter. EC 2500 / EC 2700

These two systems have supreme column accuracy and at the same time enable both inner and outer profiles to be measured in a fully automatic sequence (EC 2500 F and EC 2700F model). It also incorporates auto centering and tilting features for easy set up. These also have an options of long column which enable vertical motion range of 700 mm. Maximum measuring sample height is 570 mm for Outer Diameter and 420 mm for Inner Diameter. Rotational accuracy of this system is (0.02+0.0003H) μm where H is height from table (mm).The straightness accuracy of the vertical column is 0.05 μm/100mm and Parallelism of 0.5 μm/ 200 mm.

EC 1850 P / EC 3300 P

These two models are piston form measuring system. With those models, piston can be measured automatically with maximum accuracy and repeatability for size, ovality, taper, form, ring groove form, cylindricity, pin hole squareness, etc. With our system, Pistons without symmetrical form, correct centering and tilting can be achieved from design values. Rotational accuracy of this system is (0.02+0.0003H) μm where H is height from table (mm).The straightness accuracy of the vertical column is 0.5 μm/100mm.

EC 3600 series

EC 3600 model is a rotary table type models which is normally use for large diameter components (up to 700 mm diam.) or long components (up to 1420 maximum measuring height). There are 3 different models of EC 3600 depending on the sample diameter and length. Rotational accuracy of this system is (0.06+0.0006H) μm where H is height from table (mm).

EC-3600-series

EC 5100/EC 6100

These two models is the giant type automatic cylindricity measuring instruments with Rotary pick up type. The measuring space of EC 5100 is 600 x 460 x 1000 mm and 1300 x 830 x 2000 mm for EC 6100. Loading capacity is 200 kg for EC 5100 and 800 kg for EC 6100. Rotational accuracy is 0.06 μm. The straightness accuracy of the vertical column is 1 μm/200mm and Parallelism of 1 μm/ 100 mm. Vertical motion range of EC 5100 is 1000 mm while EC 6100 is 2000 mm.

EC 4100

This model is suitable for large components up to 600 x 460 x 750 mm and 200 kg. It make full use of heavy duty rotary pick up with auto centering and tilting functions. Rotational accuracy is 0.06 μm. The straightness accuracy of the vertical column is 1 μm/200mm and Parallelism of 1 μm/ 100 mm.
